Terms of Service

Relay by Siloram Technologies · Last updated: August 30, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Relay ("Relay," "we," "us," or "our"), a sales and lead-management platform (the "Service"), including features that connect to WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads on your behalf. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. When you register an account or organization, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Description of the Service

Relay is a CRM that helps businesses capture, organize, and follow up on leads and contacts across channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and your website. Certain features require you to connect a WhatsApp Business Account, Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or Google Ads account. By connecting an integration, you authorize Relay to send and receive messages and data on your behalf, strictly to operate the Service as you have configured it.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

4. Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram) and Google. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective platform's own terms and policies. Relay is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or restrictions imposed by these third-party platforms that affect the Service.

5. Subscription, Fees, and Payment

Some features of the Service are offered under paid subscription plans. Fees, billing cycles, and any usage limits are described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our pricing with advance notice; continued use of a paid plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of information in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to upload contact and lead data into the Service, and for honoring deletion requests from your own contacts as described in our User Data Deletion page.

7. Intellectual Property

Relay and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, design, and branding. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Relay's trademarks or branding without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Service ("Your Data").

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. The organization owner can delete the account directly from Settings > Organization Profile. Deleting the account immediately deactivates it — other team members will no longer be able to log in — and starts a 30-day grace period before the account and all of its data are permanently deleted. During the grace period, only the owner can log in, and only to reactivate the account; reactivating restores full access for the whole team. Once the grace period ends, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You may also contact us using the details in Section 13 to request account closure. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse connected integrations, or if required to do so by a third-party platform (such as Meta or Google) whose policies you have violated.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service, or any connected third-party platform, will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relay and Siloram Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
